Description Details Directions Lallemand Verdant IPA yeast is capable of producing a variety of hop-forward or malty ales with strong notes of apricot and undertones of tropical fruit and citrus. It is uniquely able to accentuate hop flavor and aroma making it an ideal choice for IPA's and other hoppy styles. With a medium-high attenuation, Lallemand Verdant IPA leaves a soft and balanced malt profile with slightly more body than traditional American IPA yeast strains. This highly versatile yeast strain is well suited for a variety of beer styles including New England IPA, English IPA, American Pale Ale, English Bitter, Sweet Stout and Sour Ale.
