An Italian Christmas Lunch – Saturday, 12 December 2026

Saturday, 12th December 2026 10am till 2pm $250 This cooking class is always a hit for so many reasons; it’s the last class of the year, there is always a tremendous lunch menu planned, and well, it’s Christmas – a time to be festive and gather with friends & family! In this cooking class, Angela with share her love of creating an Italian Christmas lunch – where she will be influenced by her Southern Italian heritage, her extensive experience and knowledge gained from many years of study (Angela is a trained pastry chef), her work experience in commercial kitchens, and her overall love of Italian cooking & baking! This Italian Christmas Lunch with include the following menu –‘Kingfish Carpaccio’ to start, ‘Nonna’s Lasagna’ for our main, and to end ‘Tiramisu! There will be morning tea served on arrival, a glass of bubbles to help along the way, and of course, a glass of vino for the sit-down lunch – where the fruits of labour will be devoured and enjoyed!
