Produced from prime vineyards in the renowned Grand Cru villages of Verzenay and Mailly-Champagne, this is the most refined wine from the house to date. The first sip is full of fresh grapefruit and green apple followed by creamy, nutty notes with pronounced minerality and a long finish. House Profile Working alongside his father at Maison Didier Herbert, in 2016 Thomas Herbert began experimenting with developing his own specific cuvées. Originally sold under his family’s brand ‘Didier Herbert’ his ‘DH’ cuvées received praise for their incredible depth and power. Eight years on and he has now created his own independent brand to better represent the singular style of Champagnes he creates and his winemaking philosophy – terroir focussed with sustainable practices and low intervention at the heart.
