Simply place them in the designated fuel tray at the back of the Karu 16 and enjoy a delicious, smoky flavor in your pizza. These hardwood oak pieces have been sustainably sourced and specially designed to fit the Karu 16, kiln dried to a moisture level of 15-20% for a faster and hotter cooking process.
