This is our Xcotton product protection for users who purchase some HITWAY products within 60 days. You can use this link to purchase an accident and extended warranty for your products. The only products that can purchase this extended warranty are ebikes. Why Consider Product Protection? In the event of product failure or accidental damage, Xcotton facilitates repairs or replacements. Acquisition of the Protection Plan: The customer acquires a protection plan either through an online platform or at a physical retail location. Unintentional Damage: Incidents such as drops, spills, scratches, and equipment failures are common occurrences. Streamlined Resolution Process: Claims are processed without complications, ensuring prompt repair or replacement. Coverage Extended Failure Protection: Mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product. Accidental Damage: Unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, spills and cracked screens, as a result of normal use. Power Surge: A sudden increase in voltage that can damage or destroy electronics, appliances, and even electrical wiring. Battery Coverage: Battery failure. One time replacement of battery. How to File a Claim If Your Covered Product is damaged or malfunctioned, please report the issue at Xcotton Resolution Center. Cancellation You may cancel your Plan and subject to a refund. Amount of your refund will be depending on a number of factors. If your order is canceled prior to delivery, we will issue a full refund. If you have received the product and put it in use for a period of time, depending of the duration since purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund, and minus any claims that have been paid out.
