Rasor GRT-MINI 3-Phase Direct Drive Cutting Unit

The Rasor model GRT-MINI is the smallest three-phase cutting unit with carbide counter-blade. For many years it has been tried and tested when installed on main tendering machines. The GRT-MINI is powerful, small, and light (weighing in at less than 3 Kg.). The 5-edged knife guarantees a clean cut without rag grinding. The new semi-automatic sharpening stone allows the knife edge to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without removing it from the machine. This model is widely used for cutting textiles, leather, light carpet, and technical fabrics. The three-phase induction motor is balanced and noiseless. This cutting unit also has the advantage of not requiring regular maintenance, so it can easily be used for 24-hour production processes. The GRT-MINI is ideal for transversal cutting and is arranged with an anchor flange to be easily adjusted on a fixed or automated hanger. The aluminium base is Teflon® coated to reduce friction with the material and can be installed on sliding rails within a small space.
