Cafe Najjar Classic Ground with Cardamon Coffee 200g Coffee has a long history; it is believed to have first been discovered in Ethiopia in the 8th century and soon after introduced to the Arab world. Initially used as a medicine, coffee has become a major part of daily culture. Known as “kahweh” in the Middle Eastern, coffee is widely consumed in Lebanon and commonly served to welcome visitors. The coffee is poured out in front of the guest from a coffee pot (rakweh) and served in small round cups.
