The rarest style of sherry, Palo Cortado combines the elegance and aromatic complexity of Amontillado with the richness and depth of Oloroso, imparting layers of ripe fruit, spice and indulgent sweetness to the whisky. Bottled at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this Speyside single malt offers notes of cinnamon spice, damson plum, heather honey, toasted honeycomb, mocha, maraschino cherries and dark chocolate.
