THE EVENT: Cambridge Race For Life We will be entertaining participants and supporters as they gather for the Cambridge Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK. With thousands of people expected to take part and cheer on friends and family, the event promises a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. Thanks to the support of fundraisers and volunteers, Cancer Research UK continues to fund pioneering research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Their mission is to create a world where everyone can live longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. Money raised through Race for Life helps support vital research into more than 200 types of cancer, bringing us closer to that goal. DATE: Sunday 21st June 2026 CALL TIME: 10:00am PERFORMANCE STARTS: 10:30am PERFORMANCE DETAILS: We will sing on and off between 10:30am and 1:00pm with breaks. Feel free to bring a foldable deckchair along and/or snacks and we’ll have a fun morning! No leggings please. If you don’t then a white, navy or teal top of any kind is okay. White shirts are also fine! These can be in dark navy denim, plain navy or white. No black bottoms please. FOOTWEAR: Please wear plain navy shoes. Navy, white or silver trainers are also welcomed with matching plain socks. Feel free to wear sparkly trainers. Think comfortable chic! JEWELLERY & EXTRAS: Silver jewellery preferred — sparkle if you like! It’s an outdoor event without any holding / backstage area so please only bring what you can carry on your person (bum bag / across the body bag recommended).
