Scallops in Galician sauce
Tinned scallops, harvested from Galician rivers in northwest Spain. The scallops are complemented with a traditional Galician sauce of tomato, onion and white wine, and are mildly spicy. Add to a pasta sauce of softened onion, garlic and oregano or enjoy straight from the tin.
