Acrylic landscape painting with Aoife Dillon, 17th November 2026

17th November 2026, 8-9.15pm GMT Join Aoife for an intuitive painting session, creating vibrant and dream-like landscapes with acrylic paint. Aoife’s practice uses nature and the cosmos as metaphor, her work reflects states of emotional transformation, stillness, and internal alignment. Using parts from different landscapes to create imagined worlds, you will learn how to layer acrylic paint and create loose and gestural depictions of imagined spaces. The focus will be on mixing colour and accompanying that with varying mark making and textural techniques, starting with quick preliminary sketches before moving directly onto canvas. This is about opening up to the unknown through painting, aiming to tap into an intuitive way of working that lets the painting unfold in its own unique way. You will leave having reconnected with imagination, experimentation and the beauty of nature.
