The Teuchter 18yo Highland Single Malt Whisky Batch Three Sherry Cask Finish. Bottled at natural strength, it leans into that modern, spicy sherry profile, but keeps a firm grip on its earthy, fruity core. There’s plenty of dark fruit here, plums, jams, cordials, alongside honeyed touches and a faint mead like warmth, before it opens into softer, more rounded notes of Armagnac, cedar, pine and a little camphor. It’s easy, generous and deeply satisfying, with a medium finish that balances sweet, jammy richness against drying wood, spice and structure.
