ITEM DESCRIPTION Vintage tools - plane H2421 Up for sale is a mixed pair (LH & RH)of hard to find SIDE SNIPE PLANES one by I.STICKELY & one by MATHIESON & Son EDINBURGH. These are an ESSENTIAL PLANE when making period mouldings for tidying up hard to get to places in design elements in the mouldings. Weight - 500g Size: 237mm long CONDITION These planes are in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, a couple of joins in the boxing of the Stickley. Both planes will require sharpening if one is intending to use them. An extremely handy pair of planes for the joiners workshop & very hard to find one let alone a pair.
