It features a vibratory bowl with a guide chute to automatically orient and feed stoppers to the capping position, with special treatment to prevent surface scratching and an optional noise-reduction dust cover. The machine adopts a top belt pressing structure for stable insertion at speeds of 900–1500 bottles per hour. A vacuum pick-and-place system assists stopper feeding, combined with a lubrication mechanism to ensure smooth pressing and prevent cork deformation or damage.
