Il Fusillo - Pasta - Pasta Armando - 500g

Pasta Armando is made with 100% Italian durum wheat, drawn through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature. The bronze gives the pasta a rough, porous surface that holds sauce, and the slow drying keeps a firm, lasting bite. Fusilli, the spiral that traps sauce in its twists. Lovely with light tomato or vegetable sauces, and excellent in a pasta salad.
