At the center a finely painted image of the Sign Mother of God, within a circular reserve flanked by seraphim and cherubim, at top center the New Testament trinity, the upper left corner with the Mother of God, at upper right, the beheading of John the Baptist, and in each lower corner a gathering of three saints, each identified by name as inscribed within each halo.
