ER-190 is a super-concentrated EMULSION REMOVER designed to be fast, efficient, and environmentally friendly. This aggressive, non-caustic cleaner attacks and easily removes emulsions and capillary films from screens. Formulated with powerful degreasing and wetting agents to eliminate extra steps and leave the screen degreased and ready to use. ER-190 is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and contains no VOCs. ER-190 is very economical due to its high concentration, providing significant cost savings. Depending on the ratio used, an 8-oz container of ER-190 will make between 2.8 and 5.6 gallons of reclaiming solution. DIRECTIONS The container of ER-190 can be diluted from 1:45 to 1:90 (chemical:water), depending on emulsion type and method of application. After determining the proper ratio for your needs, mix contents in a plastic container and fill with the appropriate amount of water. Spray on ER-190 in a uniform pattern onto the print contact side of the screen. In some cases, better results are obtained by applying ER-190 onto both sides of the screen. Allow to stand for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the type and hardness of the emulsion. Remove the emulsion using a medium to high-pressure cold water rinse. Flush the screen with a final rinse to remove any trace chemicals left on the screen. Allow to dry completely before recoating. TIP: ER-190 has been designed to leave your screens degreased and ready to go, however we recommend using a MESH DEGREASER such as our DG-520 following reclaim to guarantee all traces of emulsion and ER-190 have been thoroughly neutralised.
