Each connector carries 4 ways of either data or power. This matches IPS motor power breakouts and LV control breakouts which are ready to hire along with a huge range of socapex multicore cabling. Kinesys Motor Control Systems The Kinesys brand is now owned by Tait. The Kinesys DigiHoist controller is still all the same hardware, but the panels have now been updated with the new Tait branding. You can check out the full controller specifications on their website here. IPS have a range of motor control systems in hire stock – if you are looking for a larger capacity Low Voltage control option, we also have Kinesys DigiHoist 16ch Motor Controller and Kinesys DigiHoist 32ch Motor Controller systems ready to hire, alongside 24 and 48 way systems from SRS Rigging. The manufacturer description says the following: Kinesys DigiHoist offers digital communications, limit monitoring, load and position feedback and group halt functionality in a compact package. At the core of the system is a digital communications link that enables multiple units to be daisy chained together. The units will automatically assign channels according to their position in the daisy chain. The high-resolution displays offer comprehensive channel feedback including channel number, status and load cell information. The digital link incorporates SIL2 emergency stop connections which eliminate the need for shorting plugs in the system. Safety features include hoist presence indication, limit monitoring, and group halting on fault conditions.
