The olive groves are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that promotes soil health, biodiversity, and natural balance. The olives are carefully harvested between November and February and transported in special crates to preserve their freshness. They are cold-pressed daily in a certified olive mill, ensuring maximum quality and preserving the oil's natural aromas, antioxidants, and nutritional value.
