A blend of mineral, tropical chardonnay (60%) and floral, citric ribolla gialla (40%) made in the charmat method for feverish and long-lasting bubbles. White flowers, ripe red apple, mango and pineapple salad, bergamot, tea tree, thyme, butter on bread crust, vanilla & roasted nuts bring a rich, dinner-at-grandma’s feel.
