Teucrium fruticans naturally forms a dense, rounded shrub, but also responds beautifully to clipping, making it a popular choice for formal hedging, spheres and other topiary forms. Its silvery foliage provides striking contrast amongst darker-leaved plantings and sits particularly well within dry garden schemes, gravel gardens and coastal landscapes. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soils, it is drought tolerant, frost hardy and easy to grow once established. Approximately 1.5–2m high × 1.5–2m wide.
