HMG Thinner 2600 1lt

HMG Thinner 2600 is a very fast, solvent-based thinner designed for use with recommended HMG coating systems. It is used to adjust the viscosity of compatible coatings for easier application, faster evaporation, and the correct finish where HMG specifies Thinner 2600 in the relevant product datasheet. HMG lists the product code as TNR2600 and describes it as “a very fast thinner for use in recommended HMG systems.” It is commonly associated with compatible HMG 2K and refinish products such as Acrythane SC601 Colours, Acrythane XSC21, Acrythane XSC21 Clear, Polyester Spray Filler KF8, and Polykote 2K AMC Primer. Rawlins also lists Thinner 2600 as having 0.810 kg/L VOC content, 0.844 g/cm³ density, and 100% organic solvent content. Key details: flashpoint -17°C, store between 5°C and 25°C, keep cans sealed when not in use, and use within 12 months from delivery when kept in original sealed containers. Safety note: because Thinner 2600 has a very low listed flashpoint of -17°C, it should be treated as a highly flammable solvent thinner.
