Available Variants Without Customisation With Customisation (Initial, Name, or Text on one charm) Charm Shapes Charm shapes are selected based on availability and may include: Butterfly, Crescent Moon, Heart, Oval, Round, Square, Rectangle, and other available shapes. Flowers Flowers are selected based on availability and may include: Orchid, Baby’s Breath, Anne’s Lace, Forget-Me-Not, Plum Blossom, Aster, and other available flowers. Design Confirmation Process Before we begin making your bracelet, the charm shapes, flowers, and overall design will be confirmed with you. We will contact you through: WhatsApp (preferred) Email Phone Call A maximum of three contact attempts will be made to finalise the design details. If we do not receive a response after three attempts, we will proceed with the selection of available flowers and charm shapes. Customisation Option If you would like to add an initial, name, or custom text to one of the charms: Select the Customisation variant while placing your order. Mention the required initial, name, or text in the Notes section below. The final customised design will be shared and confirmed with you before production begins.
