The recommended turbo size for this conversion is 78mm / 1.45 A/R across all three turbocharger options. Important — SDP Engines: If your engine has an SDP serial prefix, you must select the SDP Conversion Kit. The standard mid-mount and low-mount kits will not fit SDP engines. Step 1 — Choose Your Exhaust Manifold Standard 3-Piece Manifold — Traditional segmented design that handles thermal expansion well and simplifies installation and service. One-Piece Manifold — Black Ceramic — Single-casting design finished with black ceramic coating for improved heat retention and a clean appearance. One-Piece Manifold — Chrome Ceramic — Single-casting design finished with chrome ceramic coating for premium looks and strong heat management.
