Marry Me Tortellini Soup with Italian Sausage

Inspired by the Marry Me Chicken recipe, this soup is creamy, rich and so very comforting. The vegetable broth is slowly simmered to bring out the subtle hints of fennel, tomato and,garlic. It's loaded with a medley of onion, carrot, celery plus basil and dino kale. Added in at the end of the cooking are the cheese tortellini and the crumbled Italian pork sausage, this side dish is better defined as a meal. Not modifiable.
