Limoncello Spritz

The best (we’d argue, the only!) way to end a meal in Italy is with an ice-cold glass of homemade limoncello. The humble drink is a symbol of warmth and friendship – a reason to stay around the table. Lapo’s limoncello spritz takes a classic limoncello and adds orange blossom, rosemary and thyme. We then spritz it to make a light, refreshing drink that’s easy to bring to any meal or aperitivo hour. Drink cold from the can or pour over ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
