Here’s what you can expect: June–July: 100% Copper River Sockeye — the most prized salmon of the season. September–October: 100% Copper River Coho — rich, mild, and full of flavor. Other times of year: A rotating selection of premium species, mostly Copper River Salmon, and also sometimes including Prince William Sound or other wild Alaskan Sockeye. This flexible box allows us to share the best of each harvest without compromise. Every portion is sushi-grade, carefully handled, and flash-frozen to lock in freshness.
