👨🏼🌾 Red wine made by Simon Gastrein. A red that lives up to its name, yet without heaviness. A blend dominated by Syrah, complemented by Gamay and Mornen Noir, it is vinified whole-cluster, with indigenous yeasts, then aged in barrels without new wood. The stems bring that green, minty touch that extends the wine and lightens its depth. The nose opens with black fruits, cherry, with fine spices and a slightly smoky note. The palate is fleshy but fresh, with real tension and a mouth-watering finish.
