Our off-dry sparkling Vidal is crafted with impeccable precision to create a wine with both delicate and vibrant aromas. It entices you with flavours of honey, pear, and apple blossom in combination with the liveliness of the medium sized bubbles. Best served between 5°C and 8°C. Ideally paired with fresh shellfish, Cajun or Creole dishes, and coconut curries.
