Red Wine Tripel | 10.8% Red Wine Barrel Aged | 330ml Bottle

Brewed originally in the run up to Christmas 2021, combining 5 malts, traditional European hops and a blend of specially selected Belgian yeast strains, this Tripel has spent the last 22 months in our barrel store. Crisp, light & effervescent, expect gentle clove and peppery spice esters with notes of bready malt and orchard fruits with a gentle dry bitterness on the finish. All of these combining for the ideal contrast against the rich autumnal & hedgerow fruit flavours and aromas obtained from maturation in red wine casks.
