Apero Hour, Bar de la Croix Rouge

Is there a better seat in Paris than one on a café terrace? Add some rosé or a glass of champagne and watch the world go by. A favorite is Bar de la Croix Rouge, perfectly located just close enough to the Bon Marché and chic boutiques of the 7th to make it the perfect post-spree landing spot. (It's also the one place in Paris where I've bumped into a certain beloved cookbook author and her darling husband.)
