Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and is preceded by a cold maceration of 24-36 hours, a technique that allows for greater aromatic intensity and expressive complexity while preserving elegance and freshness. Aging continues in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle, maintaining the wine's most fragrant and dynamic components. In the glass, it presents an intense and luminous color. The aromatic profile recalls notes of yellow fruits such as peach and apricot, accompanied by delicate floral nuances of elderflower.
