The mash bill consists of five different malts including Quebec floor malted barley, malt from Quebec’s oldest malt house combined with bold flavouring malts from England’s oldest malt house. 75% Quebec malt & 25% English malt make this the most unique and rare regional single malt whisky produced in Canada.
