The Details Only 5 women will be selected for each round Your video submission guidelines will be provided after securing your spot Final reel will be edited and scheduled for a Women to Watch Friday feature Video Submission Guidelines To ensure a polished and elevated final reel, please follow the guidelines below when recording your clip: Your video must be 25 seconds or less, bright, clear, and well-lit. Natural lighting is highly recommended. Avoid dark, grainy, or shadowed footage so you appear vibrant and visible on screen. You must appear photo-shoot ready. This includes full makeup and professional, chic attire that reflects your brand and the level of visibility you are stepping into. Film in a clean, distraction-free background so the focus remains on you and your message. Important Note If your video does not meet the quality standards outlined above, you will be asked to submit a new clip. If the resubmitted video still does not meet the required standards, you will receive a credit toward a future offer in place of participation in the current round.
