Clear Resin Series — A (Tough) & B (Rigid) Ultra-clear, Ultra - Low yellowing resins tuned for reliability on 405 nm mono-screen printers (typical 50 µm layers: ~3.5–4.0 s normal exposure). Built on premium aliphatic urethane acrylates with a low shrink Mono Functional matrix for optical clarity and low yellowing. Choose your feel A — Tough / Flexible Clear What it feels like: Softer with give on small parts; increased impact resistance Why you’ll like it Higher impact tolerance and ductility Excellent clarity and low color; formulated to resist yellowing over time (aliphatic urethane base). Prints cleanly at 3.5–4 s on most mono printers Trade-offs: Slightly lower ultimate stiffness and tensile strength than B; Softer surface = increased creep potential on angles. B — Rigid / High-Strength Clear What it feels like: Glassier response; crisp snap and high dimensional stability. Why you’ll like it Higher tensile strength and flexural modulus Very low color and excellent optical clarity from a hard, durable aliphatic urethane backbone. Same fast print behavior (3.5–4 s typical) Trade-offs: Less elongation at break; more brittle under sharp impact than A. Blend to taste (they’re fully compatible) You can mix A and B in any ratio to dial stiffness vs. toughness without sacrificing clarity. 70%A / 30%B → “Tough-leaning clear”: bumps stiffness ~10–20% vs. pure A, keeps forgiving snap-fit feel. 50%A / 50%B → Balanced: general-purpose clear with good strength and everyday durability. 30%A / 70%B → “Rigid-leaning clear”: noticeably stiffer with better creep resistance; a bit less forgiving under impact. How to blend: Stir each resin separately, then combine by weight in a clean container. Mix 2–3 min, let bubbles relax, print. Post-cure as usual. Print & Cure Quick-Start Printer: 405 nm mono-screen Layer height: 50 µm (typical) Normal exposure: ~3.5–4.0 s Bottom layers: 5–8 @ 35–45 s (printer-dependent) Post-cure: Water Cure for best results. 10-20 min 405 nm UV; Mild cure yellowing will dissipate after 24-36 hours. NOTE: the final products printed with U.V Resins are not intended or acceptable for direct food contact and are not safe to place in the mouth, even when properly dried and cured. Do not print products for any person or pet who may chew on or otherwise orally ingest the product.
