This red wine is made from Baga and Syrah grapes harvested by hand from old vines in Ventosa do Bairro at 100 meters altitude.
- The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26°C for about 12 days.
- Syrah underwent malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels for 6 months.
- Baga was kept in tanks for a week after fermentation to extract structural and aromatic compounds.
- Baga was aged for six months in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruitiness.
