Rubato is the latest release in the O-JOE Reserve Series — small quantities, roasted light, released once. When it's gone, it's gone. This is a Bourbon Natural from Hacienda La Pradera in Aratoca, Colombia. Grown at 1,850 metres by producer Oscar Daza, dried on raised beds, and certified organic. It scored 87.5 points — and it earns every one of them.
