For his négociant Big Bunch Theory series, Patrice sources from trusted producers who farm biodynamically. The Grenache Noir is from Claude Ughetto (Vaucluse), the Gamay from Domaine Landron Chartier (Muscadet) and the Trousseau is from his own vineyards. Each quirky and colourful label from this series has been painted by artist and illustrator Aya Sato.
