A unique combination of exercises intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body through inversion techniques to neutralize the gravitational pull, delaying the various problems and pain caused by chronic spinal compression due to downward pressure. Utilizing a 10-foot micro-elastic fabric tied into a large silk hammock, provides both tension and support, softly wrapping the entire body allowing the spine to fully relax through a series of gentle to moderate spiral kinetic movements to lubricate the joints. The hammock greatly increases freedom of movement in all directions in the air.
