KONG Moorena Anchor Swivel Connector The KONG Moorena is a mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel anchor swivel connector designed for reliable marine anchoring systems. It ensures smooth and precise alignment of the anchor during retrieval and prevents unwanted chain twisting. Many asymmetric anchors misalign when approaching the bow roller or hawsepipe, causing friction and poor stowage. The Moorena automatically rotates the anchor into the correct position as the winch takes up the chain, allowing for safer and more efficient anchoring operations. The fixed eye attaches to the anchor via a shackle of appropriate load capacity, while the rotating swivel end eliminates chain twist during use.
