Bottled at 56.4% ABV, this small-batch release layers baked apple, soft oak and warming spice into something bold, balanced and quietly complex. Rich without being heavy. Bold without losing balance. This isn’t sticky, overly sweet apple liqueur. It’s proper apple brandy. Warming, textured and made to be savoured. Limited release. Once this batch is gone, it may never return in the same form again. Tasting Notes Nose Fresh apple, soft oak and warm spice. Palate Baked apple, cinnamon, gentle vanilla and warming pepper spice with subtle caramel notes. Finish Long and warming with lingering apple skin, oak and soft spice. The Story This release began with locally sourced cider fruit from the Adelaide Hills and evolved into something unexpectedly special. Like the rest of the Five Eleven Aged Series, it was never about rushing to market. Time, barrel influence and patience were allowed to shape the spirit naturally.
