Ramilo 'Malvasia de Colares'
The Ramilo family has a close history with Colares since the first half of the 19th century and has been reinvented by the family's 4th generation brothers Pedro and Nuno with the help of winemaker Jorge Mota. Made 50% in the traditional way of the region (fermented in stainless steel without lees and then staged in oak until blending), and 50% made in the traditional method of Orange/Amber wines (fermented on lees in open air lagar during 7 days), this Malvasia has an intensity rarely experienced before.
