Zacapa Centenario XO 70cl

This beautifully made rum from Guatemala is among the finest in the world. It uses only virgin sugar cane rather than molasses, which gives it a sweeter, smoother character. It was created by master blender Lorena Vásquez from a blend of rums aged 10 to 25 years in Bourbon, Sherry, Pedro Ximénez and Cognac casks, resulting in remarkable complexity. It is best enjoyed neat or over ice and pairs well with dark chocolate and rich desserts.
