I had little direction or idea of what I was going for and just wanted to play. Classic pleats and colour layering opened up to this surprise bat like design. All Tie Dyes are made using 100% cotton and Procion MX dyes. everything is set for 24 hours (some are assisted with heat as i live in a cooler climate than some dyers) before being hand washed and heat soaked to assure little to no future colour bleed. For best colour last, as with most companies, we suggest washing on cold with like colours, hang to dry when possible. And if you are busy like me than you may like to hear that personally i have washed hot, mix my laundry and to date, have had no issues. Everything we make is hand tied and dyed with love by myself or one of our related THTD members...we live and dye as a family
