Coconut Mawa Laddu – Kobbari Khova Ladoo
Coconut Mawa Laddu is made from freshly grated coconut cooked slowly with khova (mawa) and sugar until the mixture thickens and leaves the pan clean. The laddus are rolled by hand with a touch of cardamom. The coconut stays moist inside and the khova gives a rich, milky depth that no commercial coconut sweet can replicate.
