Discovery and audit. We kick off with a 60-minute working session to walk through your store. I run the full 8-point audit and deliver a written report with everything that needs to change. By end of week 1, you have a complete picture of what's broken and what we're fixing. Week 2. Catalog cleanup. I work hands-on in your Shopify admin. Product Types get normalized. The 4-week scope works for catalogs up to about 5,000 products. If you're larger than that, send me a note with your SKU count and I'll quote you separately. Do you need admin access? Yes. I'll need Staff Account access to your Shopify admin (you can revoke it any time). I never touch your storefront, theme files, or apps unless we discuss it. The work happens in the Products section of your admin. What about my product images? I audit them and flag inconsistencies, but image work itself (resizing, reshooting, removing backgrounds) is outside the scope. That's its own project.
