Vinul Casei alb is Romanian and means „White House-Wine“. It is a cuvée. The wine reflects the taste of the village people. It is light to drink, delicately acidic and slightly reductive. And thanks to the one-liter-bottle good to satisfy the big thirst. The wine contains lees. Shake bottle before opening (recommended). Musician turned wine maker, he founded Weingut Edgar Brutler in 2018 with a focus on organic farming, native grapes, old vine field blends, and making wines based on smelling, tasting, and feeling rather than numbers and analytics. Farming is without herbicides, chemical-synthetic sprays and mineral fertilizers. His Gruenspitz vineyard is one of the only 2 plantings of this grape variety in Europe.
