Overview The Mr12volt P600 kit for Porsche is installed on the OEM radio via the Fiber Optic system (MOST). It therefore delivers high quality sound just like your original CD. And with this seamless integration, you can control your songs from your favourite app (such as Spotify, Deezer, Pandora, iTunes, YouTube...) through your radio buttons and more importantly the steering buttons. How it Works TV feature must be enabled in order to use this product. Mr12volt is selected through TV feature of NBT, if a factory TV module is installed, it must be bypassed in order to use the P2000MD Supports aftermarket cameras up to AHD720 now supports OEM microphone for both phone calls and SIRI / GA voice input Compatible Porsche Models: 911 (996 MK2/997) 2003 - 2011, Boxster 2003 - 2010, Cayman 2003 - 2010, Cayenne 2003 - 2010. Compatible Head Units: PCM 2.0, PCM 2.1, CDR 23 (with CDC), CDR 24(with CDC). Important Compatibility note: For CDR23/24 radio, It must come with a 6 CD changer in the trunk. It is not compatible without a CD changer For PCM2.0/2.1, Mr12volt will work out of the box. No 6 CD changer is required Installation note: If the Porsche has a external CD changer, an optical loop connector (1x pc supplied in this kit) is needed to bypass it. (CD changer will be disabled after bypass) If the Porsche also has an OEM external phone module, an additional optical loop connector is needed to bypass it in order to have the phone buttons on the steering to function properly.
