Deadwood Tumblin' Dice 11-Year-Old is a highly regarded, small-batch straight bourbon whiskey. Distilled in Indiana (from the famous MGP/LDI stock) and bottled in Kentucky by Deadwood Distilling Company, it is aged in new, charred American oak barrels at 100 proof (50% ABV) Nose: Inviting and mature aromas of sweet caramel and rich vanilla, layered with hints of toasted oak, spice, and subtle fruitiness. Palate: A robust and viscous mouthfeel blending sweet corn, spicy rye, and brandied cherries. It carries deep wood spices, pecans, roasted peanuts, and a touch of ginger.
