We know Vikings didn’t drink coffee. Coffee didn’t reach Europe until around the 16th century. But if they had, this is our take on what they would’ve wanted: bold, full-bodied, and smooth. This blend is built around black honey processed coffee. During drying, more of the coffee fruit is left on the seed, creating deeper sweetness, heavier body, and a smooth, syrupy finish without adding any actual honey or flavoring.
